The South Australian Schools’ Head of the River annual rowing regatta has had a proud association with the University of South Australia since 2012 and we are excited that in 2025, the regatta will continue to receive support from Australia’s new major university, Adelaide University.

Adelaide University combines the strengths and legacies of the University of South Australia and the University of Adelaide to create a new contemporary and for-purpose Australian university. Opening in 2026, Adelaide University is here to help launch new futures.

At the Regatta, competitors can visit the Adelaide University marquee, where university Physiotherapy students will be on hand to provide advice and treatment throughout the competition.
